SEPA Instant Payments
11 February, 2025Introducing SEPA Instant Payments.
We are making it quicker and more convenient for our members to send and receive money—anytime, anywhere!
You will now be able to receive SEPA Instant Payments directly into your CANA Credit Union savings account, allowing for 24/7, real-time transfers from other payment providers.
Later in the year, by October 2025 (latest), we will be rolling out the ability to send instant payments, meaning that you can also transfer funds instantly from your Credit Union account (at the moment you can only receive instant payments into your credit union account).
This is all part of the new SEPA Instant Payments Regulation that launched earlier in 2025 – making payments both quicker and easier for our member.
