The Board of Directors at CANA Credit Union is responsible for the overall control, direction, and management of the Credit Union’s affairs. They are accountable to the general membership and are tasked with setting policies and providing strategic direction. The Board ensures due diligence, oversight, and effective governance. It is crucial that Directors possess the necessary skills and expertise to fulfil these responsibilities.

Board members must act in the best interest of the Credit Union, operate effectively as a team, and dedicate time and integrity to their role. Liaison Officers:
CANA Credit Union has a network of Liaison Officers throughout the country and we aim to have one in every Revenue building to inform members and potential members about the benefits of CANA Credit Union. We collaborate with Liaison Officers to plan office visits, promote our services, and provide support.
